Do you remember the Arkansas River Sand Castle Contest of the 70’s and 80’s? The competition ended in 1993 but it’s time it makes its comeback. As the latest addition to this year’s challenges, we hope you will join us for the Tulsa Sand Sculpture Challenge. Do you like building stuff made out of sand? Awesome. They are looking for fun lovers like you.
The competition will be headlined and judged by world famous sand sculptor and international sand champion John Gowdy. John will provide a tutorial and how to clinic to participants at the start of the contest. He will also be creating a large Tulsa centric exhibition piece live at the event.
