ABOUT RESERVOIR HILL NEIGHBORHOOD: Reservoir Hill began development in the early 1900s and was one of the city’s first upscale residential areas. Named after a water reservoir built to supply the growing city of Tulsa, the neighborhood attracted affluent residents who constructed elegant homes in popular architectural styles of the time, such as Pueblo, Mediterranean, and Georgian Revival. The area’s elevated position provides panoramic views of downtown Tulsa and the Arkansas River, making it a highly desirable location. Reservoir Hill continued to develop over time and it is one of the few Tulsa neighborhoods that boasts such a wide variety of architectural styles, with homes that were built in most every decade over the past 100 years. The focus of this crawl is (6) incredible properties built between 1950 and 2024!
ON CRAWL DAY: There are (6) Reservoir Hill homes participating in this crawl. Check in is available at Origin Coffee Company between 1:00-4:00 PM with the homes closing at 5:00 PM.
