This event is Mod of the Moment Open House: Lady Lorton.

The Lady Lorton house was built in 1956 by esteemed architect Donald Honn and builder Howard Grubb in Tulsa’s historic mid-century modern neighborhood known as Lortondale. The home is owned by longtime TFA Heritage patrons (and *Advisory Board member) Christy* and Dustin Thames. Lady Lorton is a well preserved mod time capsule. The home features original mid-century modern architectural detail throughout including features now rare to the neighborhood’s historic homes, such as original parquet flooring and mahogany paneled walls. The Lady Lorton house is now available as an AirBnb for short term vacation rentals. Enjoy your very own stylish mod living experience with an at-home feel in the comfort of everyday Lortondale living. The Lady Lorton house also features a special collection of artwork, rare mid-century Russel Wright and Frankoma pottery, plus original collectible 1950/60s furniture throughout – making its visitors’ stay that much more encapsulating to the period.
