TFA’S 3RD Annual Haunting Halloween Bash

A Frightful Fundraiser Benefitting Tulsa Foundation for Architecture!

Pre-Event Cocktail Hour for Sponsors/VIP Ticket Holders – 7:00 PM

General Admission – 8:00 PM

The Gateway Building in Downtown Tulsa – 851 E. Admiral Blvd.

Join us in support of Tulsa Foundation for Architecture on Saturday, October 21st 2023, to celebrate All Hallows’ Eve at the Gateway Building, a former 1920s machine shop. For one night only, the space will be transformed into a frightful celebration of the macabre. Come adorned in your favorite costume and enjoy a unique environment with creative photo opportunities, hors d’oeuvres and festive libations as well as a signature mocktail, tarot readings, music by DJ Kylie, dancing, and ghostly games with prizes that include pieces of jewelry handcrafted by Dillon/Rose Fine Jewelry (dillonrose.net), and more!

VIP Halloween Bash Admission for 1 beginning at 7:00 that includes:

  • Pre-event cocktail hour beginning at 7:00 pm with hors d’oeuvres and a spooky talk by TFA’s Executive Director about Tulsa’s most haunted locations.
  • Unlimited libations/mocktails
  • Hors d’oeuvres
  • Unique and festive environment with creative photo opportunities

  • Complimentary Tarot Readings

Individual Event Tickets: $60 | $45 for TFA Members

ON EVENT DAY: Come adorned in a costume of your choice – the more haunting, the better! Doors Open for Sponsors/VIP ticket holders at 6:45 PM and for Individual Ticket Holders at 8:00 PM. This event is 21+.

PARKING: Plenty of free event parking is available surrounding the event venue. If you plan to indulge in libations, we recommend using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft.

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of this event, refunds are not available. Tickets can, however, be transferred to another party.
