 verb

1.    to plan and fashion artistically or skillfully

Drafts and Design is a partnership program among Tulsa Foundation for Architecture and Tulsa breweries that invites guests to participate in a wide variety of hands-on design workshops while enjoying locally crafted beer. From turning historic Tulsa photos into original works of art through hand-tinting to creating Ikebana style floral arrangements, Drafts and Design offers something unique for everyone. Workshops include all necessary supplies and tools and are led by expert facilitators. A variety of local beers may be purchased to enjoy during each workshop directly from the brewery.

The word wreath comes from the word “writhen” that was an old English word meaning “to writhe” or “to twist.” The art of hanging Holiday wreaths originated from the Romans who hung wreaths on their doors as a sign of victory and of their status in society.

In this workshop, Anthousai florals will teach you how to make a nature inspired winter wreath that you can use to adorn your home or office for the holiday season! You will learn the skills to make their very own winter wreath using fresh winter greenery, dried textures, berries and more!. Anthousai will provide all tools and materials for the class, and everyone will leave with their very own wreath and the skills to design and create wreaths in the future!
