TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets for this tour are $30 and include bike rental fees. Because this event is presented in partnership and revenue will be shared between TFA and This Machine, TFA Member Discounts are not available for this tour. Tickets for this tour are limited to 20 and will sell out fast!

BEFORE TOUR DAY: Please download the free “This Machine – Tulsa’s Electric Bike Share” app from The App Store and create an account.

ON TOUR DAY: Please arrive 15 minutes early to grab a bike and get checked in. The tour begins promptly at 11:00 am. We recommend checking the forecast, dressing for the weather, and wearing comfy clothes and shoes that are appropriate for cycling.

BIKING DURING THIS TOUR:

Rental: Your ticket includes This Machine bicycle rental. Before the tour begins, you will still need to download the pink “This Machine” app on the App Store or Google Play, and set up your account. This is so you’ll be able to agree to our terms, and connect to the bike you’ll be riding. The app will walk you through how to set everything up. At the start of the tour, you will be given a code to activate a bicycle for free, so you will not be paying for the rental again.

This Machine Bikes are Easy to Ride: This Machine bikes are electric pedal assist- they’ll flatten the hills and make the ride easier on your knees than a regular bike, so you’ll get many of the same health benefits without having to feel like you’re doing cardio or leg day. They also have step-through frames and upright sitting positions, making them great for riders who have back problems, limited hip mobility, or just enjoy wearing skirts. They’re super easy (no gears, throttles, or buttons to push), and This Machine staff will be present to guide you through anything you need.

Safety: This Machine staff will be present, and will guide the ride. Helmets will be provided, but are not required. If you’d like to wear one, please feel free to bring your own. The route will not be closed to cars, but there is safety in numbers and This Machine staff has chosen a path that stays in Bike lanes and low-traffic streets whenever possible. Please dress for the weather, and bring water, sunscreen, jackets, or whatever else you’ll need to be comfortable. Our bikes have baskets on the front, so you’ll be able to carry purses or bags with you.

CHECK-IN LOCATION:
