The 2015 “Dwell in the IDL” tour attracted over 400 tour-goers eager to discover the latest residential developments in the heart of downtown Tulsa. On November 6th we plan to do it again!
The 2016 Dwell tour will showcase downtown living through adaptive reuse and creative new construction within the ring of expressways known as the Inner Dispersal Loop, or IDL. We will have 13 residential properties on display Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Participants can get a glimpse of the revitalization that is happening in the downtown core.
This year’s Dwell tour will include properties across the IDL, including the Deco District, East Village, Greenwood, and Brady Arts District.
Among the highlights of the upcoming tour include The Fox Hotel, The Edge East Village, Art Deco Lofts, and the iconic Philtower Building.

“Dwell in the IDL” will take place November 6, 2016 from 11:00 am to 5:00 PM. Tickets are required for admission to each tour stop. Tickets are $22.00 per person in advance and $25.00 day of the tour. Children under 12 are free if accompanied by a paying adult.
Tickets purchased in advance may be picked up at tour check-in day of tour. Tickets will also be available for purchase. Tour check-in will begin at 11:00 am and will be held at Edge, East Village, located at 211 S. Greenwood Ave.
