An Architectural Photography Workshop
Sunday, October 20th, 2024
$25 | $18.75 | 1:30-3:30
Explore architectural photography with “The Photographer’s Eye: An Architectural Photography Workshop” at the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, facilitated by Curator of Public Engagement, Lindsey Neal Kuykendall. This workshop is your gateway to both the history of architectural photography and practical skills applicable to shooting photos with any style of camera.
Start at the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture’s Center for Architecture and Design, where Lindsey will share the history of architectural photography from its origins to the work of Tulsa’s master photographers and collectors. Through this presentation, you will gain an understanding of how this art form has evolved – influencing how we perceive and capture the built environment.
Move from theory to hands-on practice as you learn essential composition skills. Regardless of your camera type, grasp the techniques that will enhance your ability to photograph buildings. Lindsey’s guidance ensures that all photography types, from film to glass plate, tin type to DSLR users and smartphone photographers can benefit.
