Tulsa boasts a wide variety of residential architecture from the late 1800s through today. From midcentury modern, craftsman bungalows and colonial revival to contemporary mansions, there is an abundance of interesting homes throughout the city. The goal of TFA’s newest residential-focused program, Distinctive Dwellings, is to give those who love architecture an opportunity to see behind the doors of Tulsa’s most distinctive residences through self-guided exploration.
You are invited to join us for Distinctive Dwellings: Downtown Digs. Join TFA and Rose Rock Development Partners for a self-guided tour of three Historic Tulsa Apartment Buildings. Immerse yourself in the rich history of these properties while experiencing thoughtful modern renovations.
Properties Include:
Vandever Lofts – Spaces available to view: the lobby, an apartment, the tenant lounge, and the fitness center.
The Reunion Building – Spaces available to view: the lobby, an apartment, the rooftop terrace, and the dog spa/dog park.
The Adams Building – Spaces available to view: the lobby, an apartment, the tenant lounge, and the fitness center.
TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets for this tour are $15 for not yet members and $11.25 for members (25% discount). We want to do our part to help cultivate the next generation of architecture lovers, so children 12 and under are welcome to participate in this tour free of charge. Tickets are limited, so advanced registration is strongly encouraged. Walk up tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

ON TOUR DAY: There are (3) historic Tulsa apartment buildings participating in this tour. Check In is available between 1:00-4:00 PM with the tour ending at 5:00 PM.

PARKING: None of the participating buildings have designated parking for visitors. Street parking is available around each property and is free of charge on Sundays. We also encourage the use of ride share services, such as Uber and Lyft.
